Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Ohio.
Do you offer free consultations or estimates?
We offer a complimentary walkthrough for homeowners to understand your project vision and determine if we're a good fit.
For investor properties or complex scopes, a site consult fee may apply and is credited toward your project if you move forward with us.
How does your design-build process work?
Our process is simple and supportive — we call it “The CHC Way”:

Do you help with permits and inspections?
Yes. We handle all required city permits, inspections, and code compliance as part of our full-service build process.
Can I skip the design phase if I already know what I want?
We believe every successful renovation starts with a strong plan. Even if you have a clear vision, our design phase ensures accurate pricing, smoother scheduling, and a cohesive final result. It’s not just drawings — it’s the foundation of your project.
Do you offer 3D renderings or moodboards?
Yes! Our Blueprint phase includes 3D renderings, layout plans, elevations, and a curated design board so you can visualize the full transformation.
What if I already have a contractor?
No problem! If you have your own builder, you can still hire us for the design phase to get clear, professional plans to hand off for execution.
Can I hire you for design only?
Yes — we offer design-only services for clients who want help visualizing their space before committing to construction. This includes layout planning, 3D renderings, and material guidance.
Can we use our own materials or subcontractors?
We believe in delivering quality through trusted partnerships. While we’re open to discussing material preferences, we manage all subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and accountability throughout the project.
What is your payment structure?
We invoice for the full Design Phase upfront once your estimate is approved. For Construction, we use a progress payment structure, broken into key milestones. You’ll always know what to expect.
How much do your projects typically cost?
Our projects vary based on scope, but most renovations fall between $25K–$150K+. We provide a general estimate after the walkthrough and refine costs during the design phase to align with your budget?
Is there a minimum project size or budget you work with?

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope, but here’s a general idea:
